Products

Milk is a daily source of nutrients and is an essential component for well-being. We want the consumers get the milk and milk products as such being used traditionally without any industrial processes like ultra-high temperature treatment, skimming and toning. Some of the vital nutrients present in milk like vitamins and minerals are heat sensitive which will be denatured on ultra -high temperature treatments.

  1. All our products are from raw, whole, fresh milk from Indian Desi cows.

  2. No ultra high temperature (UHT) treatments, no skimming, no toning used.

Traditionally Prepared Desi Cow Curd

Fresh, unskimmed milk from desi cows are boiled for pasteurization at a medium to low flame for slow heating as been done at home everyday. The boiled milk is then allowed to cool and then at apt temperature added with natural culture and allowed for curd formation. Once after the curd is set, hygienically packed and maintained in temperature below 4°C till it reaches the consumer.

Bilona method ghee

Bilona method ghee

We prepare ghee by boiling the butter separated from curd using a wooden churner called “Bilona” in a hand churned way. Ghee is prepared in small batches to ensure freshness. Ghee prepared using this method is far more superior with rich aroma, taste and high nutritional & medicinal value as against the industrial processed ghee.

  1. Prepared from butter extracted using hand churned way from traditionally prepared curd

  2. Good source of Vitamin A
