As ours being food products, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, if in any circumstances, if the ordered goods need to be cancelled, it has to done on the same day of ordering before dispatch.

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 14 days on cancellation of orders before dispatch of goods. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card. Orders can only be cancelled on the same day and will be fully refunded.
